Therapeutic massage in Nairobi, at our Westlands clinic or in your own home.
Clinical rather than spa
Our therapists work in the same practice as our physiotherapists and share notes. That means a tight shoulder gets treated as a tight shoulder, and if the real cause is a rotator cuff problem rather than tension, you are told rather than simply rebooked.
Choosing a session
Deep tissue for long-standing tightness: the lower back that has been off for two years, or shoulders that have taken a decade at a desk. Sports massage around training and events, and maintenance between them. Swedish for general tension and stress, and the right starting point if firm pressure is not something you enjoy.
Booking a home visit
Give us your area when you book so we can confirm the travel component and find you a realistic slot. All we need at your end is a cleared patch of floor, an apartment works as well as a house.

Common questions
Do you come to my home in Nairobi?
Yes. We bring a portable table and everything else needed. Home massage is popular in Westlands, Karen, Lavington and Kilimani, and we cover the rest of Nairobi by arrangement.
How long should I book?
Thirty minutes for one focused area such as neck and shoulders. Sixty for a standard full-body session. Ninety when several areas need proper attention without the therapist rushing.
What does it cost?
Rates by session length are on our pricing page. For home visits there is a travel component depending on your area, confirmed before the appointment.
