- Westlands clinic with parking
Acupuncture at our Westlands clinic, for pain that has not responded to other treatment: the back that flares every few months, headaches that arrive on schedule, a knee that aches before the rain.
What to expect when you book
A short consultation first, so we understand the problem rather than needling generically. Then treatment lying down, with fine needles left in place for around twenty minutes. Most people find it deeply relaxing. Afterwards you may feel loose and a little tired; that passes by the next day.
Most people notice a change within three to five sessions. If nothing has shifted by then, we will say so rather than sell you another course.
Cupping too
Cupping is available in the same appointment and combines well with acupuncture for tight backs and shoulders. Mention it when booking so we allow the time.
Where we are
Our clinic is in Westlands with on-site parking, minutes from Sarit Centre and Westgate. Acupuncture is a clinic service (it needs the treatment room) though our physiotherapy and massage services do travel to you across Nairobi.
